What is the I-PASS study?
The I-PASS study uses a variety of behavior change techniques to help increase your physical activity. A physically active lifestyle helps reduce your risk for cardiovascular disease, diabetes, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and even cognitive impairment! We will use goal-setting, social support, and stress resilience to support you in becoming more active. Also, your participation will help us learn how we can best use education and technology to help people gradually incorporate physical activity into their daily lives by setting achievable, incremental goals.

If you’re 60 years old or older and living alone in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area,
you may be eligible to participate.
